Andrew Brydon — Director & Principal

Andrew Brydon, CPA, CA, CIM, CFP and FEA, recognized an opportunity to elevate the standard of senior care in his hometown of Mississauga. Drawing on his background in financial services, family advisory and business leadership, Andrew provides strategic and financial oversight while supporting the continued growth and service excellence of Nurse Next Door Mississauga.

Andrew was recognized as the Canadian winner of the Global Financial Planning Awards in both 2017 and 2018. Throughout his career, he has worked with families, businesses and global enterprises, coordinating professionals and helping clients navigate complex decisions through a Family Office approach.

These experiences reinforced his belief in the importance of dependable support systems and the essential role home care plays in helping families navigate aging, illness and changing care needs while preserving dignity and independence.

Andrew brings this same Family Office mindset to home care—coordinating the people, services and resources required to make life better for clients, families and caregivers. His focus on continuous improvement, advocacy and challenging traditional approaches is helping redefine what exceptional home care can look like.

A Partnership Built on Purpose

Different Expertise. One Shared Purpose.

Together, Melanie and Andrew bring complementary leadership to Nurse Next Door Mississauga. Melanie leads care operations, caregiver support and the family experience, while Andrew provides strategic and financial oversight.

Their shared focus is simple: to help people remain safe, connected and empowered while receiving care that respects who they are—not only what assistance they require.

This partnership allows families to receive both compassionate day-to-day support and the thoughtful coordination needed when care becomes more complex.
