Simple, clear pricing

$20.00 per 15 minutes for every ride type, plus HST. Statutory holidays are billed at time and a half, and Christmas Day at double time. Parking and tolls are extra. You will see an estimate before you send your request.

Review and sign

Read the service agreement, see your estimate and sign with your typed name.

We confirm with you

A care coordinator contacts you to confirm. Your ride is booked once we confirm.

How much notice do you need?

Please book at least 24 hours ahead. For anything sooner, call us at (905) 582-3742 and we will do our best to help. Last-minute requests may have additional rates.

Can I book for my parent or a client?

Yes. Choose "A family member" or "A client" in the request, and we will keep you both informed as agreed.

Can the caregiver come into the appointment?

Yes, when the client would like that and the setting allows it. Choose "Door to door, wait and return".

What if I need to cancel?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before the ride. Cancellations with less notice may have a fee.
